Recently, I read Adolph Rupp and The Rise of Kentucky Basketball, by James Bolin. This prompted me to dive into some of Coach Rupp's offensive philosophies (I should mention former Assistant Coach Harry Lancaster as well).
I came across this video.
It starts a little slow, but around the 4:00 mark, it gets really interesting.
For those who are interested in what is commonly (and often incorrectly) called the Princeton Offense, you will find some nuggets in this video. I am actually going to incorporate some of the actions in this video into our spread series offense.
If you want to have a great look into Lennie Acuff's teaching of Lipscomb University's offense (and his time at The University of Alabama - Huntsville), watch this link: https://youtu.be/xtAOo_LSaqc?si=j1TY4KZC35Z7fuJi . I know Coach Acuff has changed his offense over the years, but still worth watching.
