Do your relationships with your players depend on how much they play? Do they value you as their coach only when things are good? Do you place the same amount of value on your player when he costs you a game, as when he wins you a game?

Many of us are living our dream to coach this great game. If we are living our dream, why aren't we doing everything possible to ensure that our players get to live out theirs? Dig deep into finding a player's why behind their what. It will enable you to coach the person before the player. It will make an already rewarding career much more meaningful.
