Rob Hornett is the Director of Athletic Performance and Strength Coach for Liberty University, Men's Basketball. He has had previous stops at The University of Memphis, St. Louis University, The Golden State Warriors, Indiana University, and he has even worked with the military, Special Tactics Unit.
I have a former player that is the PG for the Flames, and I went to watch the Atlantic Sun Championship Game back in March, 2023. I filmed their dynamic warm-up. It is pretty interesting. Video is below.
